The routes chosen cover the Coastal Path, with spectacular views of the coast line, and also ancient trackways and byways round the numerous Dorset villages in our region with the occasional hilly walk.
Stiles, locked gates and wet muddy areas are met occasionally but with a RECCE of each walk
by the Leaders usually the difficulties are minimal!!

The numbers in the group vary between 10 and 20 people.
Exercise

The popularity of the Walks has led to a Second Group being formed.
Both groups have monthly outings, on a Monday and Thursday morning
with parking at a Pub which provides Bar Snacks and Lunches .
The distance walked varies from 4 to 6 miles.
The  photos give an indication of some of the walks:

The dates of future walks can be found on the News page
The Monday group is run slightly differently in that the members take it in turns to arrange the walks which result in an interesting variety and some good country pubs.  Boots, waterproofs, a bottle of water and a small first-aid pack are a good idea, just in case.
There are between 10 and 20 people
but sorry, no dogs.
The Leaders will do a pre walk and plan to meet on the first Monday of the month.
