Fragrant Orchid
The Nature Walks group has been meeting at Badbury Rings fortnightly, for approximately two hours either morning or afternoon according to expected fauna and flora.

Bird numbers since February total 50, plants total 43, butterflies total 15 with other mammals and insects also.

The group meets regularly, numbers are limited.

8th November:
badger sett observation in the dark, none came but a noisy rabbit caused momentary excitement!
6th October:
walk at Pamphill for unusual fungi.
28th September:
by the Stour from Eyebridge, seeing egrets, kingfisher, little owl and dragonflies.
30th October:
at Kingston Lacy for more fungi and Halloween decorations!
18 December:
cold walk on Upton Heath with snow flurries!
