Local Drama: days and times to be arranged
Do you enjoy theatre?
It may not be West End, but there’s a considerable amount of talent locally in good amateur dramatic societies and touring professional companies.
These over the last five years have provided us with some most
enjoyable entertainment.
We never go further afield than about ten miles, and have so far been to roughly a dozen different venues from our own Tivoli to various village halls (which lend a special atmosphere all their own).
Tickets have cost from £5 to at most £10.
Frequency of visits is about once a month, the programme for October to January being ready early September and that for February onwards will appear around Christmas.
Please note: these visits are open to all current Wimborne U3A members who are not committed to attend regularly although it is hoped they will.

Frequent visits have been made to the local Tivoli Theatre.
When summer comes (with its warm, dry weather?) the group enjoys seeing plays performed at outdoor venues.
