Following the huge popularity of the group ‘Discovering Wessex

this new group has been formed named ‘Dorset Explorers’.

 

This group meets on Tuesday morning and alternates meetings at the Town Hall with visits to places of interest in Dorset.

 

Members take it in turn to research local history and present a talk on the chosen location

followed by a visit the next week.

 

 

Members know a great deal more about Cranborne, Wimborne St Giles and Sturminster Marshall so far.
