Beginners Bridge Class, 9:00 am to 10:45 am
We start at the beginning and no previous knowledge of the game is expected.

We learn a simple bidding system and the emphasis will be on enjoyment as opposed to serious competition.

By the end of the first lesson you will have played a form of Bridge!
Improvers Bridge Class, 10:45 am to 12:30 pm

You will already have some idea of what bridge is about.

We start by revising the principles of
basic Acol and then go on to the various conventions such as
Stayman, Transfers, Keycard Blackwood etc.

Many people who have taken the
Beginners course the previous year join this group and once again the emphasis is on the enjoyment of the game.
A Social Bridge Class (Self-Help)
meets on Thursday Afternoon, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
This is a friendly group playing Rubber Bridge in an informal atmosphere. The accent is on playing among friends rather than on fierce competition.

as he is brilliant.”
